How many guests can your halls accommodate?
We have six renovated private halls that host from 40 to 200 guests, and some halls can be combined for larger events. See our halls.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own wine and beer at no extra charge. Hard alcohol requires an additional RACJ permit.
Do you provide catering?
Yes, our on-site kitchen offers hors d’oeuvres, main courses such as steak and salmon, vegetarian dishes and a kids’ menu. View the menu. All meals are prepared on site by our team. Where religious or cultural requirements call for it, outside catering can be accommodated; just mention it when you contact us.
Can we have our wedding ceremony at Casa Receptions?
Yes. You can hold your ceremony in the hall at no extra cost and move straight into your reception.
What types of events do you host?
Weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s and Quinceañeras, baptisms, First Communions, showers, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, celebrations of life, cultural events and corporate gatherings.

We are at 13081 boul. Gouin Ouest in Pierrefonds, in Montreal’s West Island. There is a parking lot on site.

I recommend Casa Reception for your weddings here as it is very beautiful place to get Married, So much space in each room, our room was perfect for 67 people and affordable to rent 😊 You can also rent for birthdays, anniversary, any kind of special occasions they will agree to you and very affordable place. Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Casa Receptions.
First of all, Pamela, the manager I contacted at the very beginning of my planning, was absolutely fantastic. Every question I had and every request I made was answered thoroughly …….. and most importantly, within a few hours. Sometimes, she even replied in under 30 minutes! She even came at the beginning of the party to ask me once more if everything was to my liking. The room I had was spotless, and the servers were super nice, always smiling, and quick to respond to anything I asked for.Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely be coming back !!!

We recently hosted our twin girls’ First Communion celebration at Casa Receptions, and it was absolutely lovely! The venue itself is beautiful – so many of our guests commented on how elegant and welcoming the space was.The food was outstanding, especially the calamari – it was a big hit with everyone! The location is convenient, with a parking lot and easy access, which made things even smoother for our guests.We loved that you can bring your own wine and alcohol (with a liquor license), and we were able to set up our own dessert table and decorations, which gave it such a personal touch.If you are looking for a flexible, beautiful, and well-managed venue for a family celebration, I highly recommend Casa Receptions!
